THE CORNER BEET
The Corner Beat food mandalas were created in 2019 for a health-conscious restaurant opening in Cherry Creek, CO. The concept was to bring the idea of the spiritual journey represented by classic mandalas into the menu. Digital illustrations were created for all individual ingredients in order to create a food mandala for each menu item.
